The Cambodian Human Rights Action
Committee (CHRAC) is a coalition of 21 NGO members. It was created in Phnom
Penh in 1994 by a group of local NGOs and associations working for the promotion
and the respect of human rights, democracy and rule of law in Cambodia.

Khmer Art Action is a not-for-profit
non-government organization and operating entirely within the Kingdom of
Cambodia. We believe that culture and art would be able to furnish high value

Community Empowerment and Legal Outreach (CELO)
CELO is a non-profit organization which is working
to conducting an outreach about the Cambodian law, international human rights
law, democracy, rule of law, human rights, anti corruption law, and improving
the living condition of the poor people in communities through vocational
training and basic needs support.
