On 28 February 2016 Mr. Nou Va director
of the BOPEA Institute Organization
presented to the 40 victims who are
Civil Party of the Khmer Rouge tribunal about the Khmer Rouge's Victim Foundation Program.
This program is
supporting victims of Khmer Rouge regime on the consciousness and the economy. This
program is for all the victims of the Khmer Rouge regime, which is now
struggling elderly, poor defenseless short life. By the way this program gives them the opportunity to express his experience to other people,
especially the youth, about the real life of the Khmer Rouge. In
addition to urging the community to know his hard to help him through religious
and community dialogue.
